Flood & Drain

Flood and Drain (Ebb & Flow) is one of the most common grow types. The grower floods the tray with a nutrient rich solution stored in a reservoir for a set amount of time. Then with a pump on a timer drains the solution back into the reservoir. This process continues many times a day. This is a versatile grow type as it can be used with a wide variety of grow mediums.
