Deep Water Culture

The DWC deep water culture system uses floating rafts, usually made of foam, that holds the plants directly on top of the nutrient solution. A pump supplies oxygen to the solution and plant roots. This system is widely used when growing lettuce.

We have provided plastic grow trays and reservoirs to growers using the water culture system for many years.
